. Appointments & Consultations

  • All clients must attend a consultation prior to receiving aesthetic treatments.

  • We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not deemed suitable or safe for the client.

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments.

2. Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or in person.

  • Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24–48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

4. Medical Disclosure

  • You are required to disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, and medications before treatment.

  • Dinia Aesthetic cannot be held liable for issues arising from undisclosed information.

5. Results & Expectations

  • Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

  • Follow-up treatments may be recommended for best results.

  • Aftercare instructions must be followed carefully.

6. Payments

  • Payment is due in full at the time of treatment.

  • We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other agreed payment methods.

  • Promotions and offers cannot be combined unless specified.

7. Liability

  • All treatments are carried out by a qualified and insured practitioner.

  • While we take all necessary precautions, Dinia Aesthetic is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes beyond our control.
